A New Interactive Experience comes to Walt Disney World

An exciting new role-playing adventure is soon to arrive at Walt Disney World. Work is well underway on Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom, which is scheduled to make its debut in early 2012.

This all-new adventure includes interactive features in which players do battle with famous Disney villains. Visitors are “recruited” as apprentice sorcerers by Merlin the wizard, who will assist them with clues as to where and how to defeat their enemies.

Seemingly ordinary objects become extraordinary as guests search for magic symbols to find the hidden villains, and use special “trading cards” to defeat them and save the Magic Kingdom. The cards represent magic spells, and each has specific attributes that can help players in their quest to defeat the various baddies.

Characters featured in this exciting new experience include Stitch, Yzma, Kronk and Scar, amongst many others.

Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom’s interactive elements have already been installed throughout the Magic Kingdom, hidden away from sight until they are activated early this year.
