How do I find out about special offers?
FloridaTix understands that enjoying any experience is even better when you have received a great offer! Payment Options
What are my payment options?
Currently we accept payments using PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.
How do I know my credit card details are safe on your site?
FloridaTix use 256bit encryption to send and receive card details through our servers and also to the bank. We do not store your card number or your security details; these are transmitted to the bank only.
FloridaTix does its best to maintain a safe and secure website and database system; we will not sell your details to third parties and will only use your details for our own legitimate business purposes.
What is the Card Security Code on my credit card?
The card security code is a unique 3 or 4 digit number printed on your debit/credit card. (This can be found on the back of your card, the last 3 or 4 digits within your signature field) This number is not embossed on the card and not printed on the sales receipts, thus making it difficult for anyone other than the genuine cardholder to know it.

Can I book over the telephone?
Yes you can, the FloridaTix team are here to help! Give us a call on 0844 873 0060. Lines open from 9am-6.30pm Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Saturday and 11am-4pm Sunday.
How do I buy online?
Once you have found an attraction on FloridaTix that you can’t wait to enjoy, all you have to do is follow these simple steps:
- Select the date you wish to use the experience on
- Select how many people you want to enjoy the experience
- Click the ‘BOOK NOW’ button on the product page
- Go to checkout
- Enter your payment details
- Pay and confirm your order
- ENJOY!
Please make a note of your booking reference number; your tickets will then be immediately sent to you via our efficient delivery service.
All tickets are posted to you via Royal Mail and your tickets will be delivered within so many days depending on the delivery service you selected.
- Standard Delivery (FREE) – within 7 working days.
- Special Delivery – within 2 working days.
Do you deliver to the Republic Of Ireland (Eire)?
We do deliver to Ireland and delivery should take between 3-7workings days. We don’t charge extra for deliveries to Ireland.
Are my details safe if I buy online?

Do I need to confirm my booking with the local supplier?
Once you have booked online, your booking is confirmed. However in some cases, the local supplier might ask you to reconfirm the booking when you have arrived at the destination, by calling them one or two days before the experience date. All of this information including supplier name and telephone can be seen on your paper e-ticket underneath the ‘Notes’ section.

What is my proof of purchase?
Your hard ticket or paper e-ticket voucher is your proof of purchase.
Do I require any photo identification?
You don’t require any photo identification with our hard tickets, just simple take them to gate and avoid the queues.
However if you’ve booked an attraction that comes in the form of a paper e-ticket voucher, the supplier who is providing your experience requires valid photo ID, such as a passport or drivers license. This is required to protect your purchase with FloridaTix.
