Payment Options

What are my payment options?

Currently we accept payments using PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.

How do I know my credit card details are safe on your site?

FloridaTix use 256bit encryption to send and receive card details through our servers and also to the bank. We do not store your card number or your security details; these are transmitted to the bank only.

FloridaTix does its best to maintain a safe and secure website and database system; we will not sell your details to third parties and will only use your details for our own legitimate business purposes.

What is the Card Security Code on my credit card?

The card security code is a unique 3 or 4 digit number printed on your debit/credit card. (This can be found on the back of your card, the last 3 or 4 digits within your signature field) This number is not embossed on the card and not printed on the sales receipts, thus making it difficult for anyone other than the genuine cardholder to know it.

Bookings

Can I book over the telephone?

Yes you can, the FloridaTix team are here to help! Give us a call on 0844 873 0060. Lines open from 9am-6.30pm Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Saturday and 11am-4pm Sunday.

How do I buy online?

Once you have found an attraction on FloridaTix that you can’t wait to enjoy, all you have to do is follow these simple steps:

  • Select the date you wish to use the experience on
  • Select how many people you want to enjoy the experience
  • Click the ‘BOOK NOW’ button on the product page
  • Go to checkout
  • Enter your payment details
  • Pay and confirm your order
  • ENJOY!

Please make a note of your booking reference number; your tickets will then be immediately sent to you via our efficient delivery service.

All tickets are posted to you via Royal Mail and your tickets will be delivered within so many days depending on the delivery service you selected.

  • Standard Delivery (FREE) – within 7 working days.
  • Special Delivery – within 2 working days.

Do you deliver to the Republic Of Ireland (Eire)?

We do deliver to Ireland and delivery should take between 3-7workings days. We don’t charge extra for deliveries to Ireland.

Are my details safe if I buy online?

Do I need to confirm my booking with the local supplier?

Once you have booked online, your booking is confirmed. However in some cases, the local supplier might ask you to reconfirm the booking when you have arrived at the destination, by calling them one or two days before the experience date. All of this information including supplier name and telephone can be seen on your paper e-ticket underneath the ‘Notes’ section.

What is my proof of purchase?

Your hard ticket or paper e-ticket voucher is your proof of purchase.

Tickets

What is FloridaTix’s Returns Policy?

Our returns policy varies depending on the tickets you have purchased.

Tickets which are non-refundable include:

  • Discovery Cove tickets - if cancelled within 30 days of swim date.
  • All tickets that include a show (such as the Blue Man Group).
  • All wedding packages.

All other e-tickets may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the booked date, at a charge of £25 per person.

Hard tickets must be returned to us by secure post, undefaced and in a re-saleable condition. Once we have verified that the tickets have not been used, they will refunded at a charge of £25 per ticket.

If you would like further information regarding the returns policy for a specific ticket, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Do I need to take photo ID every time I visit the park?

Valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver’s license, is required to protect your purchase with FloridaTix.

You will need your photo ID on your first visit to the park to prove that the tickets are yours. We recommend that you ask at the park whether ID will be needed on subsequent visits, as the policy can vary from park to park.

Help - I haven’t received my tickets!

Your tickets are dispatched via Royal Mail the day after they are ordered. Please note we do not dispatch over the weekend.

You will be given the choice of two delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery (FREE) – Tickets should arrive within 7 working days.
  • Special Delivery – Tickets should arrive within 2 working days.

When your tickets are delivered they will need to be signed for, so if there is nobody home your postman should leave a card to notify you of the failed delivery. However sometimes the card is not left or gets lost.

If you have not received your tickets, please contact your local sorting office in the first instance. If they are unable to help you then please contact us on 0844 873 0060

The date on my ticket looks like it has already expired

(SEA Parks Tickets Only: SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Aquatica, Discovery Cove)

The date printed on your ticket to any of the SEA Parks is the date on which the ticket was printed - NOT the date it expires.

Your ticket states that it will expire one year from the date it was printed.

Can I Exchange my Ticket?

Yes you can! Please return your tickets to us un-defaced and in the condition they were sent.

A £10 administration fee is applicable on exchanges. If the new ticket is cheaper, we will reimburse the difference, and you will be required to pay the extra cost if the new ticket is more expensive.

When Should I Sign my Ticket?

We recommend that you sign your tickets when you first arrive at the park. If you sign them before this time, you would not be able to return them to us should you decide you require a refund.
