How are my tickets delivered?

Once your payment is successfully processed, your tickets will be emailed. For those travelling in 2024 and 2025, your tickets will be emailed 62 days before departure.;

Do Floridatix sell single day tickets?

No. In the UK you can only purchase 14 day tickets for Universal and SeaWorld. For Disney World, you can only purchase 7 & 14 day tickets.

Yes – thanks to our e-tickets option, you can book your tickets and receive them in your mailbox within 72 hours (exception for Walt Disney World due to unprecendented demand).

However, don’t leave planning too late – the most popular tickets sell out fast!

Can I book my tickets from outside the UK?

No, all FloridaTix tickets are UK Exclusive. Our offers are available only for UK customers and cannot be purchased at the parks. This means you get special deals and better prices than what you’d pay on the day when you book from your home in the UK!

What if I haven't received my eTickets/confirmation yet?

First things first, we recommend checking your junk folder as it might be waiting for you there. You should have received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. If it's later than that and you still haven't heard anything, let us know by contacting us.

Making Changes or Cancelling Your Booking

Can I amend my booking?

Depending on what tickets you’ve booked – they may or may not be amendable. Where amends are possible – you’ll have to pay a fee of £10 per amendment.

For more info on making amendments – check out our Terms and Conditions.

Can I cancel my booking?

It all depends on what tickets you’ve purchased.

If your tickets are refundable and you don’t have Cancellation and Price Match Protection – you will have to pay a fee to cancel your booking.

Tickets which are non-refundable include:

  • Discovery Cove tickets - if cancelled within 30 days of swim date
  • All tickets that include a show (such as the Blue Man Group)

All other e-tickets may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the booked date, at a charge of 20% per ticket price.

Real tickets (also called “hard tickets”) must be returned to us by secure post, undefaced and in a re-saleable condition. Once we have verified that the tickets have not been used, they will be refunded at a charge of 20% per ticket.

Find all the details you need about making cancellations in our Terms and Conditions.

Do Floridatix price match?

Yes! With our Price Match Promise we match our competitors’ prices - it guarantees that buying your tickets elsewhere will never be cheaper. Best part – it’s absolutely FREE! T&C's apply. Find all the details you need about our Price Match Promise in our Terms and Conditions.

About Your Tickets

Do I get real tickets?

All of our tickets are official tickets and we will send you a gate-ready, e-ticket via email.

Help - I haven’t received my tickets!

No need to panic – Just double check your spam or junk folder, your tickets may have wandered off there. If you have still can't find them and it's within 4 weeks of your departure date please reach out to a member of our customer service team who will be more than happy to help you.

How do I activate my tickets?

Your tickets are activated on the first day of your visit, when you scan them at the park gate. Unless you have booked to visit Walt Disney World where you need to reserve your park days there is no need to activate them beforehand.

Do I need to confirm my booking with the local supplier?

Once you have booked online, your booking is confirmed.

However in some cases, specific times and locations may need to be arranged additionally, so the local supplier might ask you to reconfirm the booking once you’re in Florida by calling them 1 or 2 days before the experience date.

Don’t worry though! All the information you need, including supplier name and telephone, will be shown on your ticket underneath the “Notes” or “Special Info” section.

If I start using my open ticket over Christmas, can I keep using it in the following year?

Have you purchased an open ticket, valid until the end of the year? Then you can start using it up to the last day of the calendar year without losing days of its validity.

For example: If your Disney World tickets are valid for 14 days and you start using them on 31st December, they will be valid until 13th January.

Please note: You should always double check because some tickets terms and conditions could vary.

Do I need to take photo ID every time I visit the park?

You will need valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver’s license on your first visit to the park to prove that the tickets are yours.

Our advice is to ask at the park whether ID will be needed on subsequent visits, as the policy can vary from park to park.
